Coffee is provided in Community Kitchen off of office in Mornings. Help yourself!

Towels are for BODIES ONLY. We sell towels for Boats or other dirty things needing to be wiped. Call front desk for assistance.

Please keep track and return room keys. There is a drop box by office door or key can be left in door when checking out. Check out is 11:30 am.

Freezers are available to freeze your day’s catch. Food and Drink only in Room Fridges please. NO BAIT! Call front desk for assistance.

Guest Kitchen and BBQ pit areas you are welcome to use. Please pick up for next guest to use as well. It is expected you clean up after yourself. LEAVE IN SAME CONDITION AS FOUND!

We are Pet Friendly to Friendly Pets. Leash and Pick Up after YOUR Pet Please. Must notify of dog stays at reservation and check in. WE HAVE ROOMS SET ASIDE FOR PETS.

Please pick up after yourselves and treat our property with respect. We try very hard to keep our place clean and picked up. If something is needed or not correct with room please call 956-944-2182 or text 715-530-3032. Please be considerate of requests after 8 pm as we have a small child.

Any disrespect to the room will result in lose of deposit. Examples:
-smoking, soiled bed, dog mistakes, inappropriate use of towels, lost key etc…
